Cookies...

Last night, I made cookies with Beth for St. Patrick's day.  We used Emilee's cookie recipe which makes the best sugar cookies ever!  (we are still on the lookout for a good frosting recipe if anyone knows one?)  We cut the cookies into Shamrocks, stars and squirrels.  (those were the only cookie cutters we had except for Christmas trees and gingerbread men).  the cookies turned out fabulous and I have already eaten 3 -- make that 4 today!  YUMMY!
