New plan... I spoke to Jen about selling the house - the real numbers of what we would be out if we sold, what we would save, etc. We sort of decided selling might not be the best option, but what would be?? In true Jen fashion, as soon as we hung up the phone, she talked to my dad about my predicament, my dad talked to Ben, Ben talked to Kelsey and it was decided... Ben and Kelsey and baby Rylee would move in here as soon as we find a new place to live. They will rent from us! This will be beneficial to all involved. For us: We don't have to spend so much of our hard earned money on this house... which means we can put more toward a down payment on our dream home. For them: They get to move into a house with a dish washer! (I know, they are totally easy to please!) We are all so excited!
Now, what exactly will the dream home look like? Here is my current list of requirements:
1- Garage
2- Storage
3- No Base Board Heaters
4- Bigger than what we currently have.
Yep. That's the total list right now. Let the searching begin!
