Ever have one of those days where you just kept eating and eating and eating?
Breakfast - healthy cereal with soy milk. Fine.
Mid Morning Snack - Grapes and a delicious Hostess 100 calorie pack. Welcome back.
Mid Morning Snack, Part II - crunchy little York Peppermint candy/cracker/choc. stick thing. Yummy.
Lunch - Veggie Fried Rice. Order it with only broccoli and you get corn, beans, peas, carrots, and eggs, guaranteed.
Mid Afternoon Snack - crunchy little York Peppermint candy/cracker/choc. stick thing. Getting full.
Dinner - Bread, and Salad from my favorite restaurant with family. Can't Resist.
After Dinner Snack - Choc. cake with choc. chips. It is not AS bad for you if you skip on the ice cream, right?
After Dinner Snack, Part II - strawberries and yogurt. Enough.
Seriously, it is good to be a girl and have a monthly cycle to blame it on. Use hormones to make yourself feel a little better...Even though, you know you have no will power... And even though, as I sit here... all I can think about is the last few Whoppers I left in the box on Sunday.
