My passport was sitting on a little shelf that I have at my dad's house. It was sitting there in a perfectly good spot, next to the stereo that only gets used when Owen happens to go in my room and decides he is in the mood for a little dancing. I saw it lying there, in its perfectly good spot, and thought to myself, "Oh no, I should put that away." Well... I did. I put it away. I put it in such a good spot that I cannot find it anywhere! I have searched and searched, torn the room apart- under the bed, in the dresser, in the night stand, in the stacks of paper, in the old shoe box full of birthday/graduation cards. Nothing. I have torn Steve's house apart. Nothing. I can find the little books that came with the game boy games I got three Christmas's ago. I can also find the original student loan application form I filled out for Law School, or even the San Diego Padres ticket from one of the first dates Steve and I went on, but... no passport. Sad. Now you may be wondering why it is so important to find the passport. That is an easy answer... I will need it when I get on the amazing race of course. :)
So, this missing passport has prompted me to start making a list. A list called, "you know you are type A if..." The first thing on the list is - 1) You put things away in a perfect protective spot that even you cannot find.

... you place your shopping items on the conveyer belt in order of type (i.e., all frozen food, all boxed food, all dairy, all glass, all fruit) so that you can reload the cart with heaviest items on the bottom, thus driving everyone behind you crazy because you're taking sooooooooo long loading said conveyer belt.
