By the way... if you need to know how to pick a good pomegranate:
A guy down at Pike Place Market told me that the best way to pick them is to find the ones that are not perfectly round, but are more pentagon/octogon shaped. He said if they are sucked in on the sides, that means the juice has been sucked into the little fruit pieces. ENJOY!
