Quilt

I have been wanting to make a quilt for some time now. I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. I wanted to see if I could do it. I wanted to put patterns together and see what they looked like. I wanted to take the time to make something from scratch. AND...
I did!! I made a really cute quilt for jen's baby. When Alysa was born, I made her a blanket by crochet. I decided this little girl would get a blanket as well, but that I would test my skills at the quilt. I was very excited that it actually came together just as I envisioned.

holy crow, i tried to quilt for Sawyer before she was born & let's just say I have mad respect for people who don't "lose" their half finished scrap-heap trying to be a quilt. It just seems like when I set stuff down on the dumpster they're never there when I come back to get them. MAD respect for your lined up corners. beautiful, Ang.

It is even cuter in person!! I adore it and I love you for thinking of her and spending the time to make it.

If I tell you I am pregnant, does that mean I get a quilt too?? LOL. Actually, I am - it is another girl - due in October!
