Tonight, Beth and I were trying to find funny sayings to put on our tee-shirts for the Great Urban Race we are doing on Sat. Here are some options:
"Slow is the new fast." "Danger is my middle name." or my personal favorite, "Humpty Dumpty was pushed." I will let you know what we pick for the "team shirts" but one thing is for sure... we are putting our names on the back and mine is going to say "NONI!"
Hooray!
By the way, the Great Urban Race is a race my friend told me about that is like a mini amazing race. It is in Seattle, the money goes toward the Lance Armstrong foundation, and it looks like a lot of fun. I guess that there are clues and you have to figure them out and go to different locations and take pictures of yourselves at the "pit stops." You can call anyone you want to help you find the answers (Jen is our designated Googler) and you can use cell phones. There will be clues where you have to find a certain person and get a special thing from him, or clues where you have to go and use a coupon to get a free donut or cookie or something and take pictures of the item being devoured. You can only use public transit and your feet and have 5 hours to finish the whole thing. Good luck to us! (Pictures will be posted for sure!)

GO NONI
That sounds like fun! What a great day and a wonderful cause. We are walking tomorrow morning for Suicide Prevention. Hopefully the weather will cooperate - you would think that we are living in Seattle with all of the rain and cool weather we have experienced. Oh well...have fun and raise lots of money looking forward to the pictures!
Love ya tons,
