and the ever impressive compost pail that can sit on the counter for a week and not even remotely smell! Anyway, today I was in her room trying on my very pink dress for Jannine's wedding and happened to see a box full of glasses. The conversation went like this.."Beth, what are those?"
"Onion glasses."
"What are 'Onion Glasses?'"
"Glasses to wear while cutting onions."
"Seriously?" "Yep. Wanna pair?" "Certainly do!" You can't tell from the picture, but the glasses are lined with a small little rubber seal to stop the onion gases from getting to your eyes. I don't know if they really work for cutting onions, but I figure they will be a great pair of goggles for the scooter Steve and I are buying!
Oh, and don't be alarmed, Steve is not naked. :)

I want some of those. I cry every time I cut onions and my make-up runs everywhere. Where do I buy these stylish eye protectors???
