I know I shouldn't say that, but I was all ready for bed (teeth brushed, vitamins taken, face washed and glasses on) and I remembered that I was supposed to file a case for a client. Should I skip it, file it in the morning, really... no harm, no foul? OR, if I just get it done, it will be one less thing to do tomorrow. Reluctantly, I went to the computer, got out the file and started working. I was getting all ready to settle into the evening work... but then... There is a class that all our clients have to take before their case can be filed. When the class is finished, the clients are given a certificate to file with the court. I went to get this particular client's certificate and much to my surprise the little pop-up at the bottom said, "NO LUCK!" (it didn't really say that, but you get the idea). Anyway, now, without the certificate... I can't file the case and I can blog instead... HOORAY!!! :)
Things have been kind of quiet around here. I don't really have too much to report. Steve and I are trying to figure out a date to get married, but we keep getting side tracked. No solid plans, but lots of talk about where we should go to celebrate our marriage (I still have a hard time calling it a "honeymoon!" but am working on it.) :) There are so many places that I want to go. Italy, Greece, Belize, Panama, Costa Rica, Ireland. The list goes on and on. Steve is a little more practical than I am and sees the dollar signs with each extravagant idea I come up wi
th, but I am sure we will come up with some sort of compromise... Somewhere to go that is worth every penny. :)
Anyway, one quick note before I retire to the Twilight reading everyone is addicted too... only 9 more days until I my 28Th birthday. As the third sister in line, I never feel like I am old enough to be the year I am. I guess I think of Jen and Em as "right" age. They seem to fit the age that they are, while at the same time, they fit the age that I am supposed to be. I am still the "little" sister, tagging along to see if they will let me play barbies or slide a "super banana" and "super pickle" down the banister with them. It is hard to find sisters that can do everything and can do it well - They made up the best dances to records, played "Orphanage" under the stairs (you should see Em as Ms. Hanigan), made great horses for Ben and I to ride, and you seriously couldn't beat the microwaved hamburgers Jen used to make - (no wonder I am a vegetarian) :) They are great sisters and great examples and, even though they once tied a string to the cat's collar and tried to take it for a walk, they are two of the most amazing and intelligent people I have ever met. I love them both for the wonderful mothers that they are to my little nieces and nephews and for the great friends they are to me.

I love being your sister! Thank you for that very nice post. After reading your post, I went to eBay to look for super pickles/bananas and the pickle was selling for $41 with $10 shipping -it had 17 bids. Too bad I still don't have mine :)
What a nice sweet blog, I was innocently reading and then tears were flowing down my face!! I love you so much and even though you always sit alone in the pictures, I am still glad you were close by :)
Oh, I and do love a client who doesn't do the credit counseling. I can honestly feel your excitement!
Dear Angie,
I have always loved that you and your sisters have been so close - you have been wonderful friends and share so much together. I love too that you have banded together and taken care of Ben. Your email reminded me of the days at grandma and grandpa's when you and my girls would put on plays - you could entertain yourselves for hours on end! What a blessing to have sisters who are your friends!
Love you tons,
Tante Greasy
Happy Birthday Angie!
Hope you have a fantastic birthday!
Patrice
